Impromptu Dates ;)

So last night Tyler got bored of doing homework... So he dragged me off the couch for a super fun adventure! 

We got in the car, and basically we flipped a coin to tell us which way to go. (well two coins but hey)

Heads-we go left, Tails-we go right :) 

Surprisingly we got heads a LOT!!

First we hit a dead end... but it was kinda cute so we took some pictures! 

Then we ran into this super cute cabin... it was for sale.. I was very tempted ;) 

We ended up driving around this cute little neighborhood, and found this white picket fence and windmills! Plus a really pretty man made lake thingy!! 

 We ended on the rail-road tracks cause as soon as we passed them Tyler was dying for pictures... Plus the sunset was way pretty! 

 

Yay for dating!!!! :) 

Shaved Ice and Jaden! :)

My little brother was here with us this week! :) 
We are totally lame and only took him to get shaved ice.... 

The boys waiting ever so patiently for their ice!! 

And eating their ice!! (Holy huge, right?!?!?!) 
But hey we actually got Jaden to smile! 
Jaden just started online high school so he spent a lot of time in front of the (well my) computer! 

(Isn't he CUTE!!) 

He did help me get actually wedding pictures in our frames though!! so that was fantastic!!! :) 
We loved having Jay here!! :) He's a good kid and it is sooo fun watching him grow up!! :) 

Oh shout out to my sweet husband, he made me breakfast in bed last weekend.... what an amazing sight to wake up to!! :)

Well my husband and my mother-in-law! 

Today is her birthday!! :) 
She is off traveling (I think they are staying in South Dakota tonight??) 
Anywho I just wanted to wish her the bestest day!!! 

 

I sure am grateful for this woman in my life!! After all she raised my husband to be the amazing man he is!! :) I love you Heidi!! Happy Birthday!!
