Elder Wilson

This is my brother Tyler...(yes my husband and my brother have the same name!!) 

We now call him Ty, all the time, but in just a few days he will be known as Elder Wilson!! :) 
It's kind of bittersweet! I know he will make the BEST missionary, and I am soooo excited for the adventures he is about to have, but my heart is a little sad.  He is my best friend, and has been forever!! 

 

 

We've done a lot together, my brother and I have, and I wish him the best of luck on his exciting new adventure! I can't wait to hear all about it!!! :) 


Also Happy 22 Anniversary to my amazing parents!!! :) I am so grateful for them and their wonderful example in my life!!! :) :) 

Bike Rides & Peeing Fridges :)

This past Saturday my husband and I ended up in Huntsville, at the family cabin! :) 

(Fun Fact: this is where we went on our honeymoon so it was SUPER great to go back!!! :) 
This time though, we weren't alone... hehe ;) 
Tyler's parents, his aunt and uncle, and one of his cousins and her family were there too!! :) 

We went on a 4 mile bike ride with Tyler's parents... I don't like bikes.... YIKES!!  















BUT I made it!! (I'm even smiling, though I went painstakingly slow.... Luckily my husband is super patient with me!!)

We also went to the David O. Mckay birth home! I LOVE old homes like that! 

 

On our way home we stopped and saw my grandparents! I absolutely love visiting with them!!!

As much as I love little trips, it's always good to come home!! 

Even if it is to a peeing fridge... :/ hehe

This is my Mom,

Isn't she pretty?? I think so!! 

She is one of my most favorite people ever!!! 

She always knows how to make us laugh, 

and she is always there to listen when I need someone to talk to! 

I don't really have words to adequately thank my mom for all the 

many things she has done for me over the years!

and married this handsome man!!

We've had our frustrating moments but in the end my mom has been and always will be my best friend!! I love you mom!! Happy Birthday!! :)

Setting up shop :)

Moving into a new house is a pain in the butt!
Moving into a new house with a man is a whole nother story... :)
BUT we are enjoying every moment, trying to decide what should go where, what really needs to get bought, who should do the laundry... etc. etc. etc.
and Thanks to my momma we actually have stuff on our walls, and off the floor!!

my sweet husband bought me these flowers the other day! :) I sure love him! 

Needless to say we are figuring things out and our little house is finally starting to feel like a home!! :) YAY!!! :)
